Excellent service, staff are always willing to help, even it means ringing around the other offices to get the right person. I have had a very positive experience since dealing with Tax Assist in Burslem, especially Carrie-Ann, who is very knowledgeable on tax matters.

Well, what can I say! Quick, reliable, hassle free, factual, knowledgeable - I could go on. Tax Assist are fantastic and would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to share my experience of dealing with DJH.. A lot of the time people moan about their accountant but that is perhaps because they have chosen the wrong one to look after them. Scott at DJH looks after my personal and business accounts and has always been first class to deal with and ensure that I keep my tax bill to the minimum..... A good account is worth their weight in Gold as the saying goes - DJH certainly come into that category!

Highly recommend these guys. They have been very helpful in my business which at most of the times is not the easiest thing to do. They are efficient and true professional. Must try them out.

I am a Lloyds customer, this branch is reliable and convenient for me, not enough staff on counter service though, always seem to be in a queue everytime I go in, although customer service is excellent. Would be better if it was open on Saturdays

Mark and the team came out in March to assess the possibility of converting the loft into a useable space. After several quotes we decided to use Mark and I'm pleased we did. I was kept up to date at every stage through out the project and I'm really happy with the final result.

Bought a pizza oven today. These guys could not have been more helpful. Great service, as the other review mentioned this is a yard. No fancy showroom, no slick displays, just an honest man with a great idea and business. I bought a Naples 600 and insulation and covering slip bricks to cover. The oven is heavy so if you collect it takes two strong people to lift. About 60kg for the top and 40kg for the bottom (ish). Will take a while to get built, but hope to post pics and longer term review but so far very happy. Thanks a lot.

Friendly place, if a little messy. There is no show room etc, but these guys have oven building down to a fine art. They also have materials for sale if you have a DIY project on the go.

Broke down on the M6 with a burnt out alternator. Within an hour, these guys and found a new alternator, got it fitted and I was on may way again. No frills but a first class great value service. Sadly I don't live locally otherwise I'd be giving them more business.

Broke down round the corner managed get a jump start to get to the garage to get the battery checked. Everyone was very helpful sorted a new battery straight away. Very happy 😊😊😊

Recently purchased my beautiful vauxhall Insignia Sri, couldn't fault the vehicle was just as described, the sales person was more than helpful he made me and my wife feel at home on arrival, he showed me the vehicle and took both me and my wife on a test drive and when we got back to the garage we had a coffee and biscuits whilst we went through all of the vehicles paperwork and service history, the only downside was that the vehicle was a little dirty subject to the weather but the salesman had both mine and my partners car washed and mini valeted for us as a goodwill gesture and threw in half a tank of diesel, would recommend this garage and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from this garage, very professional and friendly, also not your typical pushy Salesmen.

After losing the keys to our van while in Bolton, other locksmiths had refused to even come out to see us as it was "too complicated a job". Rockley Lock & Safe was recommended to us - we couldn't have been happier with the service. We were on the road within an hour of him turning up. A real lifesaver!

Very slow - I ordered using click and collect. The chap on the front desk did his best to get through the que but I waited almost 10 minutes for my parts to be brought out to me, this wouldn't of been a problem but when you look through the back into the office there are around 8 people in there just laughing and joking between themselves when the chap on front desk is struggling and it looked like only 1 chap picking for shop customers. My order was only 2 x drop links and I must of been in there 15 minutes in total.

Auto car wash, staff wash wheels, windows then drive through. Only criticism, the air drier doesn't really do the job well enough, If you're a bit fussy, like me, there is a need to leather off the water streaks after.

I had our annual boiler and gas fires service on 12th March. The young gas engineer, Patrick, made a great impression through his efficient and patient manner, being thorough and keen to tidy-up. He was courteous and knowledgeable and answered queries in an understandable way. He had obviously had good training. I hope he is still with the firm next year! Ruth Kerry

I visited to get some carbon brushes for the motor on our washing machine. There was no luck finding it online. Took them 5 mins to idenify the brush and find a replacement. The staff are really friendly, helpful and I will definitely visiting again if I need parts for any other applience! :)

Very impressed with the service I received from Home Aids this morning. Booked a tumble dryer repair online over the weekend and had a confirmation email almost immediately. The guys came out today as promised and fixed the dryer with no hassle and very quickly (new motor capacitor required). Very friendly and professional. Would use again and happily recommend. A great way of learning how to drive a c+e truck by a brilliant tutor who has a vast range of knowledge whether it be on Motorway, A roads etc . Be prepared to be taught by a true professional .

I started having lessons with max after switching from another driving instructor and he made me feel comfortable and safe at all times. He teaches you how to be safe and drive properly not just how to pass the test. Highly recommend

Max is a excellent driving instructor. Before I started my lessons with him I was with a different driving school, who were not good. Max was perfect at tailoring my early lessons to what I could and couldn't do and began from there. He's really good at explaining driving and answered all my questions about driving. I feel well equipped in my driving and would highly recommend Max!

I cannot recommend this garage enough. I find them to be honest and upfront about all work, bills are clear and explained thoroughly. they really look after you and your car, dealing with it as if it were their own and have gone above and beyond for me several times. We recently used Bob Gutteridge for both the sale of our current home and purchase of our new home. They were fast in all areas. We had a valuation the day after my initial call and Steve was great. He gave us a fair and calculated valuation and guided us in the correct way to market our home. He took some amazing photographs and both RightMove and Bob Gutteridge's sites were updated a day after agreeing to use them as our estate agent. Purchasing through Bob Gutteridge was a similar process too and Gill who managed our sale and purchase was clear and very accommodating to our questions and willing to help with any issues met. Our sale and purchase took near enough 8 weeks to complete, which from watching others in similar situations, is very quick. I would definitely recommend the use of Bob Gutteridge for the sale or purchase in the Stoke on Trent area! Steve and his team are definitely one of the best around the local areas.

My wife and I were so lucky to find estate agents such as Priory Property. We were looking for an investment property which was for sale via Priory and were so impressed by the team there headed by Paula and Matt that we ended up buying FIVE properties in all over a period of time - every one of the purchases were conducted speedily, seamlessly and professionally. All of our properties are let through the Priory team. If any issues arise (very rarely), they are dealt with at once and we are always kept fully informed. I cannot stress enough about the thoroughly professional approach and attention to detail they have given us throughout the last 7 years or so, when my wife died last year, Paula really helped me to manage our properties for me, finding new tenants at a difficult time, taking an immense amount of strain off me. We were so lucky to have such conscientious people like them working in our interest. When my darling husband passed in March my daughter recommended Arlington Funeral Services Ltd because she had heard how good they were with a friends family. I cannot express how truly wonderful Steve and company are. They are warm, compassionate and caring. They helped us through our most traumatic time without the push for expensive things, but still an amazing classy send off within our budget that spoke volumes of who my husband was. They still carry on being there to listen and help months later and even provide a lovely service of sentimental keepsakes of your loved one. I would recommend them to anyone in their time of need.

I ordered via email, (having had what must have seemed like a ridiculous amount of questions!), and was met with very generous courtesy from start to finish: nothing was too much trouble, even though my order was really small. I don't drive and had no way of collecting the gravel I required. I also have limited mobility and found the delivery driver really, really helpful and friendly. I didn't ask him to back down the alley behind my house, I just said 'pull around the corner and I can carry them from there.' Not a chance, he was behind the gate and lifting the bags into my garden without being asked. Such small details, but displayed really excellent customer service. Great service from everyone I had contact with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ordered the black limestone paving slabs for my garden and was very pleased with the finished look against my white rendered walls. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick without any trouble. I am new to Autonet for car insurance. They were recommended by my previous provider which was exiting the market. I had not heard of Autonet but as my previous provider had been good to deal with for a number of years i thought I would give them a go. I dealt with them by phone. One call and everything was sorted in a way which met all my expectations and the policy documents arrived by email shortly thereafter. I have another vehicle to insure at the year end. i will definitely use Autonet for that.

I have had a great experience using Super Storage they are very helpful and made a sticky situation much easier. Great price options, uses of a van, staff helping me with the move, insurance for my belongings, easy of access and very friendly. After ringing around several solicitors to help me to deal with probate , nowell meller stood out has the most competitive so I decided to give them a try and from my very first appointment there I was geated with a delicious cup of coffee made by a lovely , warm and friendly secretary while I waited to see the solicitor Natalie Whitmore and what can I say , the whole process was handled with the upmost professionalism and speed , the probate was in my hand in the matter just a couple of weeks , I would highly recommend Nowell meller and will not hesitate to use them again in the future , friendly, professional and very approachable 10 out of 10

The actual drivers I've had only issues with them trying to over charge but they cant do that anymore because they're using a meter, the people on the other end of the phone though are so rude. I called a taxi 20 minutes before I had to work as I do every time I get one, it didn't do the automatic voice thing that it normally does and with my anxiety I panicked and hung up, when I called back I heard the same woman laughing and she told me it'll be 20 minutes. 15 minutes later I get the text saying it's booked, and it arrived 10 minutes after that so she's now caused me to be late to work

Well, i have recently had my 42" plasma collected and repaired by this company, and it is not often i write regarding my experience,but they were very polite, nice clean van, and there on time as they said, even half hour before phone call so i could meet the engineer, superb service, and will reccomend to anyone.

Been shopping here for years. Staff are excellent, really passionate about what they do, knowledgeable, helpful, can't fault them. Prices are always spot on and there after sales support is also excellent. Most extended guarantees are either really expensive or have so many get out clauses they're not worth the paper they're written on. Not here though, good value, honest and clear extended guarantees make for great piece of mind when making larger purchases. I wouldn't go anywhere else for AV kit and highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic place. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Some amazing kit in there and they are willing to show you how stuff sounds or looks, even if you don't buy anything on the day.

Brilliant vets they've helped our exotic parrots when we've really needed it for both emergency appointments and general ailments. Clive is a great vet and he treated our galah cockatoo when he suffered from pneumonia following a flood. Really great place would highly recommend these vets for anyone with exotic birds

Very professional service. Very happy! This company have been doing my Windows & guttering for 3 years now and always do a great job! They recently cleaned all my fascia boards on the front too and I couldn't believe the dirt that came off. Reasonable pricing compared too competitors. Would recommend.
