Oak Hill Theological College From the website: 'Oak Hill aims to provide the best possible training for gospel ministry. We want you to increase your knowledge of God and his Word, and develop your ability to share that knowledge with people around you. At the same time, we want you to mature as a Christian and show Christ to others in all that you say and do.' Click to discover more about Oak Hill
Everyone will find a very warm welcome in our church. The congregation has grown from around 8 people in 2003, to an average Sunday attendance of over 40 people of all ages - teenagers and yound adults included. Our desire is that people from whatever background have a living and growing relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
We believe that God continues to speak to us today through the Bible - His inspired word. So Biblically based preaching and teaching forms a central part of our worship and other activities.
We have a Sunday School and a weekday children's club as well as a Youth Group which meets on Sunday evenings. Adults are encouraged to join a Home Group and we are also running a Bishop's Certificate course.
Our community involvement includes links with the local schools: Burnwood, Heathfield Special School and Burnwood Nursery. And we are also involved in local regeneration through Renew.
