Even though they were quite busy the woman serving us was very helpful and gave good advice about what bikes to choose.

Did the job well on bike with good advice. Had to wait a few days though so not a perfect service.

Mark and the team at Active Leisure are simply AMAZING! We bought our first caravan from them recently and it was the best decision we've made in a very long time. We're first time caravaners and knew absolutely nothing, but Mark has been fantastic in taking the time to go through everything with us. No question is too much and they're always on the end of the phone. Thank you also to Alan who delivered our new van to the site as we were unable to. What can Active offer... great quality caravans, well stocked shop, years of experience and for us the most important thing... FANTASTIC customer service. Can't recommend this wonderful family run business enough! Thank you for opening up a whole new world to us and for all of your support, we can't thank you enough!!

Me and my husband visited here a few months ago for a browse and we met Mark and his wife who were extremely helpful and welcoming. We went back today and purchased the caravan of our dreams which is perfect for the new addition to our little family. Mark and Stan were amazing and we are so grateful for there time and patience. Nice clean & large store with nice wide isles. Not as much variety as some stores but I love the well spaced out selection of this store. You don't feel over oppressed here. Super large free car park and easily accessible. Staff are sparse but obviously a good team because shelves are stacked well. If I want a relaxed shopping, this is the one we go.

The products are good, some are not the official original brands but that doesn't bother me. It is just a nice store
