Rogers Brock & Barker Vets - Abbey Hulton

1373 Leek Rd, Stoke-on-Trent ST2 8BW, UK – 01782 543000

Just joined the Abbey Hilton surgery. Have been 3 times for different injections for my dog Lola. One of these 3 visits was tonight. The receptionist was very nice and the vet that I saw very pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly and I didn't feel that everything was " rushed" which I felt with my previous vet. I didn't leave my previous surgery because they were bad, just this one is closer but I am pleased to have joined this surgery.

Since moving to the area in 2009 I have tried a few different vets, but nothing stood out to me until I tried Rogers, Brock & Barker. I'm picky over where to take my fur babies to and even when my Shih Tzu broke her leg they were brilliant both during and after the operation. They would call me to let me know how she was doing and Bart the vet was brilliant in the after care. We will always use Rogers Brock and Barker.

White Cross Vets, Wolstanton

High St, Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 0EW, UK – 01782 898030

We always have a fantastic appointment. Alfie is always relaxed with all the staff and especially Matthew, Alfie's vet. Everything is explained and we are not afraid to ask questions. . I would not go anywhere else as White Cross Vets are the best. I must say the vets were amazing when I was losing my cat, Daisy Mae, nothing was too much trouble and I thank them for that.

Had to bring our 11yr old Bassett 'Max' in early one morning on an unscheduled visit as he had become poorly in the early hours. Was dealt with very quickly but had the devastating news that it would be best for Max to put him to sleep. Whilst waiting for the results of the X-ray we were put to wait in the waiting area with Max and then again when I asked to wait for the arrival of my husband before they put Max to sleep. Me , my son and husband were extremely upset , not very pleasant for ourselves or those sitting in the waiting area . We then had to walk out through the waiting area when Max had been put to sleep. Perhaps we could of been put somewhere a little more private whilst waiting and then leave by a back entrance . No complaints about the staff in general just a little more consideration was probably needed
