I have always been treated with respect any questions I have asked have been answered and put in a way that I understand I have always found reception staff to be friendly and helpful doctors and especially the nursing staff have time and listen to my problems and do there best to resolve them keep up the good work

Woke up in the night with a raging temperature (39.3) and a sore throat. Phoned at 0800 spoke to Karen and offered an appointment at 0825. By 0855 I was home with antibiotics in hand. In the past I have mainly dealt with Dr Gilby and Dr Blaxter and I can't fault either of them.

Great surgery. The girls on reception are really helpful and always do their very best to help. Doctors receptionists seem to have a bit of a 'reputation' but the girls at our surgery are just great as are the doctors and nurses. The only negative point that I'll make is that we do seem to have a bigger turnaround of doctors than I'd like but I believe this isn't a problem with just our surgery but more of a general shortage of go's.

Helpful staff try to get you an appointment as soon as possible

NHS Direct is now NHS 24. Just dial 111 to speak to a professional or click the link below for there self help website. Lots of really useful info but keep clear of heart surgery! If in doubt ask your GP or call 111. Good luck.
